FAQ's

Q: How many people define a social function?
A: As few as two members can constitute an event.

Q: How far in advance do events need to be registered?
A: IFC and PHC require their member chapters to register events no later than one week prior to the event.

Q: What is considered a tab?
A: Any form of payment to an establishment, either before or after an event, to subsidize the cost of alcohol so members do not pay for their drinks.

Q: Can a fraternity have an event at their chapter house?
A: Fraternities can have date parties and multiple-guest events at their houses. No paired-chapter events can take place in a fraternity house. If your house is a dry house, then no events can take place there.

Q: Can a sorority have an event at their chapter house?
A: No.

Q: Who oversees and administrates Kolusis?
A: The IFC VP Risk Management is responsible for overseeing and administrating Kolusis.
